Dual Compression
Not only does xosialX have Standard Compression, but also Dynamic Compression. This means xosialX not only compresses non-qualified, inactive associates and customers but also compresses members who don’t qualify for a specific level of commission payout, allowing you to be paid deeper in your organization.
Dynamic Compression gives you the equivalent of an Infinity Bonus starting at the rank of Manager 3.
Standard Compression
When a member is not qualified (Inactive Associates and Customers) to receive payment, the downline compresses before paying out.
Dynamic Compression
The full 20 levels of the xosialX matrix is paid out to Qualified Associates. Each order will search upline for 20 qualified Associates to pay. If an Associate is not qualified for a specific level it is paid out to the first person upline who is qualified to earn on that level.
- Associates are Qualified to Earn UP TO 3 Levels
- Manager 3s are Qualified to Earn A MINIMUM OF 7 Levels
- Manager 7s are Qualified to Earn A MINIMUM OF 10 Levels
- 5Ks are Qualified to Earn A MINIMUM OF 13 Levels
- 10Ks are Qualified to Earn A MINIMUM OF 16 Levels
- 25Ks and Above are Qualified to Earn A MINIMUM OF the full 20 Levels of Pay
But with Dynamic Compression…
- Manager 3s can Earn 10 levels OR MORE
- Manager 7s can Earn 13 levels OR MORE
- Manager 5Ks can Earn 16 levels OR MORE
- Manager 10Ks can Earn 19 levels OR MORE
- Manager 25Ks can Earn 23 levels OR MORE
Whenever an Order is Placed…
- Level 1 is Paid to the First Upline Associate (or above)
- Level 2 is Paid to the Next Upline Associate (or above)
- Level 3 is Paid to the Next Upline Associate (or above)
- Level 4 is Paid to the First Upline Manager 3 (or above)
- Level 5 is Paid to the Next Upline Manager 3 (or above)
- Level 6 is Paid to the Next Upline Manager 3 (or above)
- Level 7 is Paid to the Next Upline Manager 3 (or above)
- Level 8 is Paid to the First Upline Manager 7 (or above)
- Level 9 is Paid to the Next Upline Manager 7 (or above)
- Level 10 is Paid to the Next Upline Manager 7 (or above)
- Level 11 is Paid to the First Upline 5K (or above)
- Level 12 is Paid to the Next Upline 5K (or above)
- Level 13 is Paid to the Next Upline 5K (or above)
- Level 14 is Paid to the First Upline 10K (or above)
- Level 15 is Paid to the Next Upline 10K (or above)
- Level 16 is Paid to the Next Upline 10K (or above)
