Tootla is a colon and rectal surgeon in Harbor Springs, Michigan and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Ascension Genesys Hospital and Doctors’ Hospital of Michigan. He received his medical degree from Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
